Full body, front & back, crown to root massage focused on cleansing and energizing the body's lymphatic system to stimulate the automatic nervous system into homeostasis. This practice is designed to assist the body in balancing and regulating the functioning of cells, vital glands, organs, muscles, & tissues as they process and express the state of the body's health and energy vibration. This practice intends to assist the body into homeostasis where the body's innate wisdom to heal itself can ignite and come into stronger remembrance for a truly spiritual healing experience.

Chakra Work
Full body energy work with more time focused on the chakras, utilizing different tools to cleanse and activate each chakra. I use crystals, essential oils made for each chakra, Omn bells, a chakra crystal wand, and the elements earth, air, wind, and fire to assist in the cleansing and energizing of the seven major chakras.

In home recovery care from major sports related injury, pre and post-surgery care, and other sports related injuries. Whether you need energy work, a cooked meal, errands ran, someone to help you with your recovery process, I can do it all.

Appointments will be confirmed with a 50% deposit. ​

All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a returned deposit.

​All cancellations past 48 hours will be charged 50%.
​
​Last minute cancellations will be charged 100%.​

All rescheduling needs to be made 48 hours in advance.​

2 hours minimum & 5 hours maximum for each household.​
​
Please give 72 hours between consuming alcohol and your appointment.​
